Drawings from life done in 5 minutes or less.
Additional Work I did on the Vanderpoel Master Studies I posted earlier this month. I added Sepia and Inda ink washes over my charoal and pencil drawings. An exercise to improve my skills as a painter.
A Master Study from the Famous Artist Cartoon Course Lesson 6 Anatomy. Graphite and Prisma Color Marker in a Mole Skine Sketch Book.
These Master Studies were done from John Vanderpoel's (1857-1911) book, "The Human Figure." Eyes have recently been a problematic in my portrait painting and so I am gong to give them some additional attention and focus. The first page is charcoal the second page is graphite.
A Master Study from the Famous Artist Cartoon Course Lesson 6 Anatomy. Pencil and Prisma Color Markers in Mole Skin Sketch Book. This Study is intended the compare the more realistic anatomy of a character kicking with that of a more abstracted cartoon version of the same action.
